2008 Institute Attendees Registration for the Annual Conference

Separate-Fee workshops on Tuesday

Are you part of a group that would like to register for the 2008 Annual Conference in Dallas? If so, you could be eligible for a discount!

Each person in your group of 10 or more will receive $10 off her or his Conference Registration fee.

To qualify, all registrants in the group must be at the same address; all names must be submitted at the same time; only ONE payment to cover all registrations will be accepted. Registrations that arrive later will be processed as individual registrations and will NOT be eligible for the group discount, nor will they count toward the 10-person minimum.

Groups of 10 or more may register online, by mail, or fax

  1. Online—If you are paying by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover

  2. By fax—If you are paying by credit card, fax the Registration form to:

    Note: Only grops of 15 or fewer that are paying by credit card may fax the group registration form and groups of 16 or more must register online or by mail only.

  3. By mail—Fill out the Registration form and send with payment to:

No refunds will be issued for a Group Registration; substitutions will be permitted.

Registration must be completed online, received by fax (credit card only), or postmarked on or before Friday, October 17. After that date, Registration is available only online or on-site at the higher group rates. Payment must accompany the Group Registration Form. Non-U.S. registrants: Be certain that your fees are paid in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, bank draft, or credit card. Registrants — Alert NAEYC to special needs you my have. No refunds will be issued for a Group Registration; substitutions will be permitted.

Note: Individuals registering for Saturday only, separate-fee workshops, 2008 Institute attendees registering at the reduced rate, or as presenters are not eligible for the group discount. All NAEYC Conference Registration forms and payments are processed for NAEYC by Compu­Systems, Inc. If you have any questions regard­ing your Conference Registration, you may call NAEYC Conference Registration at CompuSy­stems, Inc., Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time) at 877-303-0726 or 708-486-0726.


Register early—save $$ and time!

If you register by September 19, not only will your group save money, but also your group Registration creden­tials, including name badges and copies of the 2008 Annual Conference Final Program, will be mailed to the group coordinator prior to the Conference!

If the group coordinator prior Registration materials are not received prior to the Conference, your group may pick up the 2008 Annual Conference Final Program and conferee name badge (permitting admission to sessions) in the NAEYC Registration Area, Dallas Convention Center, during the following days and hours:

Tuesday, Nov. 4

1:00–6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 5

7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 6

7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 7

7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 8

7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Don’t leave home without your name badge!

Due to supply costs, there will be a $10 badge re­print fee for any badges that are reprinted on-site at the Dallas Convention Center.


Exhibit hall entry

Due to safety concerns, children are not allowed in NAEYC’s exhibit halls. Only paid registrants (adults only) with a conferee name badge will be permitted to enter NAEYC’s exhibit halls.


Payment

All Registration must be accompanied by pay­ment. Purchase Orders are NOT accepted. If a check, money order, or credit card is not submit­ted with your Registration form, your group will NOT be registered.

DO NOT FAX YOUR FORM MORE THAN ONCE—Your credit card is charged each time Registration is received! Please make your check payable to “NAEYC Registration.” Non-U.S. registrants—be certain your fees are paid in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, bank draft, or credit card. CompuSystems, Inc., will process payment for your Conference Registration only. All other payments, including membership, must be mailed directly to NAEYC.

Students— Enclose a copy of your valid student ID with your Registration form to be eligible for Student Registration.


Membership

Your Registration fee does NOT include member­ship in NAEYC. To receive the member discount, you must provide your valid NAEYC membership ID# and expiration date. If this information is not provided, it will delay the processing of your Con­ference Registration.

Join NAEYC online at www.naeyc.org or call NAEYC’s Member Services at 202-232-8777 or 800-424-2460, ext. 2002. Pay by check or credit card and receive your membership ID# and ex­piration date immediately. If you mail your pay­ment, please allow 3 to 6 weeks after your appli­cation has been processed to receive your Wel­come Packet containing your membership card with the membership ID# and expiration date. By mail, send a check or money order, payable to NAEYC, to:

School or agency administrators: NAEYC membership must be in the name of an indi­vidual. A director’s membership does not extend to other staff members. NAEYC-accredited pro­grams: NAEYC Accreditation does not include membership in the Association.

International registrants: NAEYC is pleased to extend the member registration rate to mem­bers of early childhood associations outside of the United States that are our Global Alliance partners. Visit www.naeyc.org/about/global.asp to see a list of participating organizations. To register at the member rate, please indicate your Global Alliance # on the Registration form. If you do not know your Global Alliance #, please con­tact your association directly. (Note: NAEYC Staff and CompuSystems, Inc., are not able to provide this information.)
