2008 Institute Attendees Registration for the Annual ConferenceThere are three ways to register for NAEYC’s 2008 Annual Conference—
- Online—Click here if you are paying by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
- By fax—If you are paying by credit card, fax the Registration form to:

All NAEYC Conference Registration forms and payments are processed for NAEYC by CompuSystems, Inc. If you have any questions regarding your Conference Registration, you may call NAEYC Conference Registration at CompuSystems, Inc., Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time) at 877-303-0726 or 708-486-0726.
Register early—save $$ and time!
If you register by September 19, not only will you save money, but also your Registration credentials, including your name badge and a copy of the 2008 Annual Conference Final Program, will be mailed to you prior to the Conference!
If you do not receive your Registration materials prior to the Conference, you may pick up the 2008 Annual Conference Final Program and conferee name badge (permitting admission to sessions) in the NAEYC Registration Area, Dallas Convention Center, during the following days and hours:
Tuesday, Nov. 4 1:00–6:00 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Registrants—Alert NAEYC in advance to any special needs you have.
Don’t leave home without your name badge!
Due to supply costs, there will be a $10 badge reprint fee for any badges that are reprinted on-site at the Dallas Convention Center.
Exhibit hall entry
Due to safety concerns, children are not allowed in NAEYC’s exhibit halls. Only paid registrants (adults only) with a conferee name badge will be permitted to enter NAEYC’s exhibit halls.
Payment
All Registration must be accompanied by payment. Purchase Orders are NOT accepted. If a check, money order, or credit card is not submitted with your Registration form, you will NOT be registered.DO NOT FAX YOUR FORM MORE THAN ONCE—Your credit card is charged each time your Registration is received! Please make your check payable to “NAEYC Registration.” Non-U.S. registrants—be certain your fees are paid in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, bank draft, or credit card. CompuSystems, Inc., will process payment for your Conference Registration only. All other payments, including membership, must be mailed directly to NAEYC.
Students— Enclose a copy of your valid student ID with your Registration form to be eligible for Student Registration.

Saturday-Only registrants—your Conference materials will be available for pickup on-site on Saturday, November 8, in the NAEYC Registration Area, Dallas Convention Center, during Registration hours. Conference materials will not be mailed in advance. Saturday-Only registrants are NOT eligible for a group discount. For religious purposes only, a different day (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday) may be substituted for Saturday-Only Registration. For more information, please call NAEYC’s Conference Department at 800-424-2460, ext. 2004. This special Registration is for Saturday-Only registrants and does not apply to other Registration categories.
Separate-Fee Workshops—Tuesday, Nov. 4
Annual Conference Registration is not included in the Workshop fee. The Registration deadline is October 17. There will be no onsite Registration for Separate-Fee Workshops.To see the complete workshop descriptions, please click here.
Texas AEYC Special Event: A Night at Eddie Deen’s Ranch

Purchase your Texas AEYC Night at Eddie Deen’s Ranch tickets ($45 per person) on NAEYC’s Conference Registration form. You may pick up your tickets on-site at the TAEYC booth in NAEYC’s Registration Area at the Dallas Convention Center. Tickets must be purchased by October 17; tickets may not be purchased on-site. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by October 17 to receive a full refund (substitutes are permitted). After October 17, fees are nonrefundable. Questions? Call TAEYC at 512-451-2392. Refunds/cancellation of Registration
All fees are nonrefundable after October 17. Cancellation prior to October 17 will incur a $50 processing charge per Registration. Telephone cancellation is not accepted; certified mail is recommended. When submitting a refund request, please include the name and registration ID of each registrant, the name of the organization or person receiving the refund, and the address to which mail the refund. Membership
Your Registration fee does NOT include membership in NAEYC. To receive the member discount, you must provide your valid NAEYC membership ID# and expiration date. If this information is not provided, it will delay the processing of your Conference Registration.Join NAEYC online at www.naeyc.org or call NAEYC’s Member Services at 202-232-8777 or 800-424-2460, ext. 2002. Pay by check or credit card and receive your membership ID# and expiration date immediately. If you mail your payment, please allow 3 to 6 weeks after your application has been processed to receive your Welcome Packet containing your membership card with the membership ID# and expiration date. By mail, send a check or money order, payable to NAEYC, to:

Washington, DC 20090-7156School or agency administrators: NAEYC membership must be in the name of an individual. A director’s membership does not extend to other staff members. NAEYC-accredited programs: NAEYC Accreditation does not include membership in the Association.
International registrants: NAEYC is pleased to extend the member registration rate to members of early childhood associations outside of the United States that are our Global Alliance partners. Visit www.naeyc.org/about/global.asp to see a list of participating organizations. To register at the member rate, please indicate your Global Alliance # on the Registration form. If you do not know your Global Alliance #, please contact your association directly. (Note: NAEYC Staff and CompuSystems, Inc., are not able to provide this information.)
Tax deductibility
Expenses of training—including tuition, travel, lodging, and meals—when incurred for the purpose of maintaining or improving your skills in your present profession are tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor for details.
