Sales policy

NAEYC’s stated policy is that Presenters may not use their session as a forum for product sales. We urge attendees to leave the session if Presenters push a product or service. However, Presenters are permitted to sell products if they do so in a tactful, discrete manner. By this we mean that the presenter can mention in a low-key manner that if attendees are interested in purchasing materials related to that particular presentation they may do so for 10 minutes at the end of the session as they exit the room. Use the six-foot table in the back of the room for materials.

Presenters selling products may want to consider renting a booth in the Exhibit Hall. For more information, click here.
