Welcome to NAEYC’s 2008 Annual Conference in Dallas!

Audiovisual needs: Because of the high costs of labor and equipment rental, NAEYC is unable to accommodate all audiovisual requests from our presenters. NAEYC is able to provide the equipment listed in the Presenter confirmation letter that you received in May. If you require additional AV equipment beyond what NAEYC can provide, use the links below.
Uploading Presenter Handouts: All presenters are encouraged to upload any handouts that they have for their presentation. A searchable database will be available soon for conference attendees.
Presenter Registration: Presenters have a specially discounted Registration fee for the Conference. You will receive an e-mail in July 1 when Registration opens; it will include a special password for you to use when registering at the reduced rate.
Housing Information:Presenters are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. NAEYC has obtained excellent hotel rates at some of the finest hotels in Dallas, all of which will be easily accessible to the Dallas Convention Center via NAEYC’s shuttle buses.
Locations of Conference events: Most Conference sessions, featured sessions, and exhibits will take place at Dallas Convention Center. Some sessions will take place at the Dallas Hyatt Regency. Evening receptions and meetings hosted by Affiliates and other groups will take place at official Conference hotels.
Conference Programs: In September, you will receive a copy of the Preliminary Program which will highlight some of our conference sessions. All sessions will be published in the Conference Final Program which will be mailed a few weeks prior to the Conference.
Cancellations: If you must cancel your presentation, please email conference@naeyc.org. Remember to provide the session ID, your name, and session title. This applies only to the sessions in which no presenters or substitutes are able to be in Dallas to present the session. Cancellations are accepted from the Primary Presenter only.
